Eligibility Criteria:
- must be a citizen of one of the Middle Eastern, African, Pacific, or Asian participating nations. View the complete list of nations that qualify.
- must be at least eighteen on February 1st of the year the scholarship is awarded.
- must not be a citizen of Australia, be a permanent resident of Australia, or be requesting a visa to live there permanently.
- must not be a member of the armed forces in active duty.
