The Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) is currently accepting applications for the Romanian Government ARICE Scholarship 2025. For international students who want to study in Romania, this fully funded scholarship pays for living expenses, housing, and tuition.
The selection procedure for 40 scholarships to foreign nationals for the 2025–2026 academic year has been made public by ARICE. High-quality education, employment prospects both before and after studies, a secure living environment, and the possibility of obtaining citizenship are just a few benefits of studying in Romania.
Eligibility Criteria :
- A foreign student is required, ideally one who is not from the EU or EFTA.
- must possess the required paperwork in order to submit an application for a PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s program.
- If not fluent in the language, you must be able to sign up for a preliminary Romanian language course.
