GFZ Helmholtz Centre RIFS Fellowship Programme 2026 Germany (Fully Funded)

Applications for the RIFS Fellow Programme 2026 are now being accepted by the Research Institute for Sustainability (RIFS) at the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam, Germany. Up to twenty exceptional professionals and researchers from around the world will be accepted into this esteemed, fully financed international fellowship to further cutting-edge sustainability-focused projects. The program offers a special forum for multidisciplinary cooperation between academics, decision-makers, artists, leaders of civil society, and professionals from the commercial sector who are dedicated to promoting changes in global sustainability.

In addition to aggressively promoting gender equality and the inclusion of varied perspectives—both of which are crucial to successful sustainability solutions—RIFS strongly invites applications from women, minorities, and people with disabilities.
