The KWI International Fellowship 2026 in Germany is now accepting applications. Highly qualified international scholars from all around the world are eligible to apply for this fully supported, six-month fellowship. The fellowship will run from April 1st to September 30th, 2026, at the Kulturwissenschaftliches Institut (KWI) in Essen.
The program offers outstanding researchers in the social sciences, humanities, and cultural studies the opportunity to do independent study in an engaging academic setting. Fellows will receive complete financial support, as well as access to library resources, technological support, and a dedicated office space.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Researchers with a PhD and no more than six years of postdoctoral experience are eligible to apply.
