Swedish Institute SAYP Training Program in Sweden 2025

Young professionals from EU Eastern Partnership nations have a great opportunity to participate in Sweden’s Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP) Training Program 2025. The goal of this fully financed program is to increase knowledge and proficiency in EU integration and democratic governance. Expert-led thematic modules, cross-sector experience, and leadership training will all be advantageous to participants. All costs are covered by SAYP, including lodging, meals, travel, and health insurance. Young politicians, representatives of civil society, and professionals working in the public or commercial sectors will find it excellent. Additionally, the program provides mentorship through a number of Swedish host universities and access to the SI Alumni Network. Eligibility Criteria :

  • Young professionals from Eastern European nations are welcome.
  • Candidates must be citizens or permanent residents of Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, or Azerbaijan.
  • Age range required: 25–40 years old (born 1985–2000)
  • It is crucial to have strong spoken and written English skills.
  • must have completed at least three years of coursework toward a suitable higher education degree.

Professional backgrounds that qualify include:

  • Policymakers (politicians, public servants, and members of political parties, for example)
  • Public employees (those in non-political positions within government agencies)
  • Workers from civil society organizations (NGOs or CSOs)
  • Leaders in the private sector
  • Only civil society workers from Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Belarus are qualified.
  • Candidates must demonstrate their drive, potential, and ability to effect constructive change.
  • Professional experience must correspond with the theme of the selected SAYP module.
