Harvard Public Policy Leadership Conference 2025 (PPLC) is a fully funded, four-day leadership opportunity for undergraduates passionate about public policy. Hosted by the Harvard Kennedy School, it will take place from October 30 to November 2, 2025, in the USA. The conference connects students—especially those facing barriers to graduate education—with faculty, current students, and public policy experts. It includes workshops, networking, and in-depth discussions on pressing policy issues. All travel, accommodation, and meals are covered. PPLC offers an inside look at graduate studies in public policy and helps students explore future careers in public service, government, and nonprofits. Eligibility Criteria :
- Undergraduates are the target audience for the Harvard Leadership Conference.
- Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in the United States, either two- or four-year.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, DACA recipients, or non-citizen U.S. nationals in order to be eligible.
- By the time of the conference, candidates must have finished at least two semesters of coursework at a U.S. college.
- It is not reasonable to expect applicants to earn a bachelor’s degree in the 2025–2026 school year.
- The minimal GPA needed to be eligible for the Harvard Leadership Conference in 2025 is 3.0.
- Candidates’ resumes and personal statements must highlight their leadership positions, activism, civic involvement, or volunteer work as examples of their strong commitment to public service.
