Young leaders from more than 190 nations come together for the One Young World Summit, which provides a global forum for cooperation on some of the most pressing global issues. Participants who are chosen for the IKEA scholarship acquire a reputation in the global social entrepreneurial ecosystem in addition to international exposure.

The fellowship offers access to a global network of activists, Nobel laureates, CEOs, and policymakers in addition to a trip to Germany.
