The ASEF Training and Youth Summit 2025 in Denmark is currently accepting applications. The two parts of this Asia-Europe Science and Technology Diplomacy program are a four-day in-person summit in Copenhagen from December 15–18, 2025, and a seven-week online course. The application fee is free. Applications are open to young people from Asia and Europe (up to 35 years old). Full financial assistance, covering round-trip flights, lodging, food, and visa fees, will be provided to chosen participants. With an emphasis on the role of science and technology diplomacy in enhancing cooperation between Asia and Europe, the summit seeks to educate young people about science, technology, and innovation. Emerging leaders have a rare chance to receive training and exposure on a global scale.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Open to citizens of both Asia and Europe
- Strong proficiency in English is required
- Applicants must currently be working as a research or science manager (civil society), or as a diplomat or government official (public sector) in one of the eligible Asian or European countries
