German Man Receives 217 Covid Shots, Defying Guidelines

Published:

The instance of a 62-year-old German resident who purposely received 217 COVID-19 shots over 29 months made national recommendations irrelevant. Lancet Infectious Diseases research on this rare “hypervaccination” instance found no negative effects but no significant immune system response.

A man who got 134 verified shots and 83 self-reported in a month was suspicious. Only the common cold in May 2022 caused him harm, and clinicians tested him for COVID throughout, keeping him uninfected. However, scientists caution that hyper vaccination may not have been the major reason Mr. Smith did not develop the coronavirus because he may have been engaging in other activities.

After several months, authorities held him for an hour for allegedly faking a vaccination card. This did not deter him. Curious about his story, researchers examined his blood chemistry and adaptive immune system indicators. Excessive vaccination showed that immune cell quantity did not meet quality standards.

Dr. Schober, the study’s lead author, cautioned against hypervaccination due to this uncommon incidence. Schober said that vaccine benefits will flatten off and that large-scale trial recommendations will remain the benchmark for public health.

This example gives fascinating scientific discoveries and encourages professionals to follow the immunization schedule. With less than 25% of adults and 13% of children in the US having gotten the newest COVID-19 vaccination, everyone must follow CDC instructions to prioritize public health.
