This fully financed program, supported by the US government, is currently accepting applications with the intention of helping people from other countries reach their objectives. Participants improve understanding of cultural norms through cross-cultural experiences, which strengthens their ability to lead various social development efforts. English language proficiency is necessary for efficient communication. This five- to six-week program covers a variety of activities related to innovation, entrepreneurship, society, and governance. Encouraging nominations promotes international knowledge and ties.

The Professional Fellows Program is based on two main themes:

- Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must presently have top positions in the business, governmental, or civil society sectors.
- Candidates must have at least two years of experience in their field.
- The home countries of applicants must have a willingness to interact with the program’s themes.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 35.
- Self-motivation is expected of applicants.
- Candidates should exhibit a strong dedication to working in multicultural settings.
- Candidates need to be able to name a pertinent community initiative.
- It is imperative for candidates to possess writing and oral English proficiency.
- Candidates should be able to work well with others and exercise leadership.
