Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants for bachelor’s degrees should be between the ages of 18 and 25.
- Applicants for master’s degrees must be under thirty years old.

- A valid passport is required for eligibility to the JSU Presidential Scholarship for non-Chinese nationals.
- In addition to meeting Jiangsu University’s minimal academic standards, applicants must demonstrate strong academic achievement.
