Good news for those who want to be leaders! Applications are currently being accepted for the McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders Asia-Pacific 2024 program. This online program is intended mostly for people living in the Asia-Pacific area. Participants in McKinsey and Company’s Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) program will learn about the value of women in leadership positions, develop their own leadership skills, and create a network of supporting community members. Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must have a strong connection to the Asia-Pacific region in order to be eligible for NGWL 2024. They must either be current residents of the region or have strong ties to it.
- Candidates must have up to eight years of professional job experience, or they must be pursuing one of the following degrees: an MBA, PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s, with a graduation date no later than 2025.
- The NGWL event is intended exclusively for people who identify as women.
- Candidates having an exceptional academic or professional background are sought after by McKinsey.
- In order to be eligible for the McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders Program, candidates must have a sincere desire to use their talents and abilities to improve their communities and personal lives.
- Similarly, applicants are highly encouraged to apply if they have a history of leadership in their academic or professional experiences.
