The Awaji Youth Fellowship is a nine-month immersive program that consists of labour and training components on Awaji Island. It is well known as a leading exchange program in Japan, bringing together people from various countries to meet in one place and address the needs of the Japanese business environment. The initiative draws participation from a wide range of backgrounds and genders.

The fellowship, which is kindly financed by the Pasona Group, is intended for young individuals between the ages of 24 and 35 who are either recent graduates or aspiring graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The AYF, which consists of three interrelated parts called Lectures, Challenges, and Projects, promotes participants’ personal development. The program is designed to meet the needs of the Japanese workplace by bringing together people from all over the world to tackle personal and professional obstacles and hone their talents in a multicultural environment. Eligibility Criteria:

All nationalities are allowed to apply.
Experience in one of our Fellowship’s focus areas for two to three years is preferred.
The ideal age range is between 24 and 30.
