Eligibility criteria:
- Candidates have to be foreign students.
- Candidates must have finished their higher education, which is the equivalent to finishing high school in Australia.
- Citizens of New Zealand and Australia are not eligible for this program.
- Candidates must have a certificate of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS).
- Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program or a bachelor of pharmacy program at any Australian Monash campus at this time.
- At the time of application, candidates must possess foreign qualifications.
- This pharmacy scholarship is open to international students with Australian qualifications who haven’t applied for a course through VTAC yet.
- The scholarship will be offered to the student who achieves the highest level, with selection based on academic records.
Benefits:
- Up to $100,000 in total funding is available through the International Undergraduate Pharmacy Scholarship.
- 50% of the annual tuition cost will be paid to the recipients until the required number of credit points for the degree is earned. This scholarship will be awarded to the two students who score the highest.
- Moreover, a 25% annual tuition payment is required until the required minimum number of credit points for the degree is obtained. The next two highest-achieving students will get this grant.
- Recipients must continue to maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70 each semester in order to be eligible for this grant.
