The Climate Science Olympiad 2024 is an international student competition with a global goal of increasing awareness about climate change. Applications are now being accepted. This event, which is being organized by Climate Science, is open to students worldwide between the ages of 12 and 25. The winners will get cash awards, diplomas, and a fully paid travel to Australia for COP29, the UN Climate Summit. Four rounds comprise the Climate Science Olympiad: qualifying, quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals. The competition culminates in an online final round scheduled for October 2024. Participants may utilize any of 13 languages, including French, Spanish, and English, and expertise in English is not required.
Participating in this event helps attendees have a better understanding of the science behind climate change and mitigation techniques. It provides a global stage for demonstrating abilities and encouraging cooperation, critical thinking, and problem-solving. In addition, participants have the opportunity to network with colleagues across the globe in the field of climate science.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Students from 12 to 25 are welcome to enter the competition.
- Participants have to be enrolled in a university or secondary school right now.
- All students worldwide have access to the CSO 2024 program.
- Candidates may choose to participate in pairs or individually.
