Every year, students who demonstrate academic merit and meet certain requirements are awarded full scholarships and fully-funded summer programs supported by GPSP through the Boston College Gabelli Presidential Scholarship. A complete four-year scholarship with full tuition is offered via the Presidential Scholarship. If a student, as determined by Boston College’s institutional review, demonstrates financial need above and beyond tuition prices, more scholarship money will be awarded.

Applications for the 2024 Gabelli Presidential Scholarship are now being accepted by Boston College for both incoming domestic and foreign students.
Through the Gabelli Presidential Scholars Program, Boston College awards eighteen merit-based scholarships to new students each year.
If they fulfil the November 1 priority scholarship deadline, candidates for both the Regular Decision and Early Decision programs are eligible to be considered for the Presidential Scholarship.
Eligibility criteria:
- Apply as a new student to the college.
- Meet the prerequisites for admission to Boston College.
- Meet the English language competency standards set up by the college.
- Prior to the priority deadline, submit the application.
