The qualifying round of the 2024 Challenge, which consists of three rounds (qualification, pre-final, and final), is scheduled for September 17, 2024. The final round is held online under teacher supervision, with the pre-final taking place in October.
Certificates, money, and a complimentary travel to the Breakthrough Prize event in California are given to the winners. In addition, a $100,000 state-of-the-art science lab and cash prizes are awarded to the winner’s teacher and school. Taking part in the Challenge offers a forum for international collaboration while promoting scientific knowledge. It facilitates networking possibilities within the scientific community and fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Participants must be between the ages of 13 and 18 in order to participate.
- Education Status: Students need to be enrolled in a high school or comparable program right now.
- Participants are required to create and submit an original film that demonstrates a mathematical, physics, or life sciences topic or theory. The maximum length of the video should be two minutes.
