In order to give babies, the benefits of breast milk without the risk of HIV transmission, the project’s goal is to investigate the effects of giving HIV-infected breast milk to children. Donated breast milk will also be considered as an option.
In order to engage in this study, pregnant HIV-positive people and parents of infants exposed to the virus will be asked to participate in a semi-structured private interview or focus group. To learn more about their opinions on giving their infants donated breast milk is the goal.
Eligibility Criteria:
- For your undergraduate degree, a minimum cumulative weighted average of 80% is required.
- Expertise in HIV/AIDS, baby feeding, and human milk donation, coupled with practical experience with Indigenous community initiatives
- Prior experience with qualitative research, such as leading focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and theme analysis, is preferred but not required.

- Proficient in both written and spoken communication
