The fully funded AFS Youth Assembly 2024 is slated to take place in New York City (NYC) from August 14–18, 2024. This program, which provides scholarships for young leaders to attend the AFS Youth Assembly’s Climate Entrepreneurship Academy, is sponsored by AstraZeneca. The objective of this program is to enable candidates to acquire knowledge and hands-on experience in promoting a more sustainable and healthy future for everybody. Applications are solicited from ideal individuals who are currently working on, studying, or conducting research on climate-related issues. All applicants from across the world are eligible to apply.
Scholarships from AstraZeneca will be available to attend the “Climate Entrepreneurship Academy” during the AFS Youth Assembly in New York in 2024. New York University (NYU) created and facilitated the academy’s curriculum, which consists of a number of seminars and site visits to different enterprises. Eligibility Criteria:
- The best candidates are those who are actively involved in work, study, or research pertaining to climate action and challenges related to climate change, which has the potential to improve healthcare equity, improve health outcomes, and fortify health systems.
- have never before gone to the AFS Youth Assembly.
- Age requirement: At the time of application, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 32.
- Applicants may apply for the scholarship program from anywhere in the world.
- To enter the United States, applicants must be able to get a visa.
