TotalEnergies Startupper Challenge 2024 | How to Apply

The TotalEnergies Startupper Challenge is now accepting applications! Take advantage of the chance to win Startupper of the Year!

The TotalEnergies Startupper Challenge aims to enable ambitious African entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into viable businesses within their home countries by offering them financial support, mentorship, and motivation.

The application process, eligibility requirements, and benefits of being chosen as a beneficiary will all be covered in this announcement.Are you the founder of an innovative business idea, or do you own a startup that is less than three years old? If so, you are the perfect candidate for the TotalEnergies Startupper Challenge!

In honor of the company’s centennial, the Startupper of the Year Challenge by TotalEnergies is returning to 32 African countries!

The program’s current iteration is designed to encourage and assist young African business owners in conceiving and bringing their ideas to fruition within their own nations.

Anyone with an idea for a business or who is in charge of a startup that has been operating for less than three years and has a positive influence on the environment or their community is encouraged to take part!

Eligibility Criteria:

  • be youthful African businesspeople, ages 18 to 35.
  • Lead the way with an initiative or new business that has the potential to improve their nation.
  • Be the owner of a company that is less than three years old and that was registered in the application country no earlier than April 30, 2020.
  • possess citizenship in the nation for which they are applying.
  • We urge participation from all owners of company creation projects and young, creative businesses that have a positive influence on the environment and their communities!

Countries of Interest:

  • North Africa: (Mauritania, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco)
  • West Africa (Ghana, Guinea, Nigeria, Senegal, Togo, and Ivory Coast)
  • Central Africa (Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Gabon)
  • East Africa (Mayotte Island, Madagascar, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Uganda, Tanzania)
  • Southern Africa

Eligible Countries: African Countries
