Inspiring deliberate conversations on local and global concerns, the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2024 in Morocco provides fully financed leadership training for up-and-coming leaders. It gives people a forum to discuss and work together to make important ideas a reality. “Inspire, Connect, Empower Emerging Leaders to Effect Significant Change in Their Communities and Beyond” is the program’s motto.
The Policy Centre for the New South (PCNS) launched the ADEL program, which brings creative minds together for extensive leadership development and fosters a range of viewpoints for well-informed policy making. Since its founding, PCNS has made it easier to conduct research, publish findings, and work with reputable partners and representatives across the globe. The Young Professionals Conference is fully supported and is one of PCNS’s yearly gatherings and events.
PCNS, a think tank based in Morocco, is committed to tackling the social and economic issues that impede the progress of communities, especially in Morocco and throughout Africa. Every year since 2012, PCNS has arranged the Atlantic Dialogue Conference, bringing together leaders from the public and commercial sectors to have casual conversations on regional and transregional concerns while promoting dialogue-based solutions.
Key Atlantic development and cooperation topics are the subject of organised group talks with opinion leaders and decision-makers as part of the international training curriculum. Furthermore, two days before the conference, the Atlantic Young Professional Program arranges casual gatherings with progressive community leaders and think tank officials. The program seeks to mentor emerging leaders’ professional and personal leadership journeys, equipping them to make meaningful contributions.
It is hoped that this conference and program will foster a sense of communal wisdom and inventiveness that will help communities prosper in the face of the complex governmental and corporate environment of today.
