The CERN Technical Student Program in Switzerland is currently accepting applications for its 2024 edition in Switzerland. For STEM-focused undergraduates and graduate students, the CERN Technical Student Program provides an unmatched internship opportunity. The selection committee selects eighty students from different nations each year.
If you’re a driven student looking for a remarkable short-term experience, you might think about applying to this program. Having an IELTS certification is not required. All costs, including airfare, lodging, stipend, help with obtaining a visa, and even a family allowance, will be paid for by CERN. The course lasts anything from four to twelve months. Eligibility Criteria:
- national of one of the Associate or Member States of CERN
- completed undergraduate studies for a minimum of 18 months (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Throughout the CERN internship, full-time student status must be maintained.
- Demonstrate fluency in both French and English.
- No certification from the English Language Test is required as evidence.
Benefits:
- The length of the contract can be four to twelve months.
- A tax-free allowance of 3452 Swiss Francs every month.
- Travel reimbursement for airfare in economy class.
- Depending on their unique situation, married people and/or those with children may be eligible for an additional supplement.
