The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program 2024–25 assists leaders of civil society in more than 100 nations in creating thriving, inclusive communities that foster harmony and collaboration. Through the use of IREX and government assistance, this U.S. exchange program addresses important societal growth aspects by utilizing the potential of up-and-coming leaders to create networks and enduring ties.
IREX is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1968. It is well-known for its educational and developmental exchange programs that supported democratic reforms worldwide after starting with exchanges between the United States and the Soviet Union. The fully financed CEE Program’s main goal is to provide next-generation leaders with the fundamental knowledge, abilities, and standards of democracy. In order for participants to exchange ideas and viewpoints, it cultivates a diversified global network.
A three-month practicum in the United States, participation in the Leadership and Civic Engagement Academy, community service initiatives, and continuous local and international networking are all included in the year-long program. Participatory responsibilities, volunteer opportunities, creative development methods, and community engagement on subjects like business, agriculture, and climate change are just a few of the themes that fellows address. It is imperative that you do not miss this pivotal leadership experience.
