2024 HAN Scholarship in Netherlands | How To Apply

To be considered for a scholarship to study at the HAN University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, submit an application for the 2024 HAN Scholarship. The HAN Scholarship offers funds of €12,500 to chosen students to support their academic endeavours and personal growth as they pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the Netherlands.

You may be a strong candidate for one of the HAN scholarships if you are not from the EU or EEA and you have shown significant improvement and accomplishments in your academic career and personal life.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • possess citizenship from a nation not part of the EU or EEA.
  • have not earned a degree from a Dutch university.
  • have never before enrolled in a degree program at a university or college of applied sciences in the Netherlands.
  • be accepted into HAN’s full-time degree program taught in English.
  • Obtain a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 90, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, or a Cambridge Certificate (CAE or CPE).

Benefits:

  • Recipients of the HAN Scholarship get a prize of €12,500.
  • The recipients get €2,500 in the first semester and another €2,500 in the second.
  • They will thereafter be eligible to receive €2,500 annually for the next three years of education.
