Research in digital humanities using the holdings of the National Archives of Singapore (NAS) and the National Library, Singapore (NLS) is supported by the National Library Digital Fellowship.
The National Library works with academics on projects that use digital technology to shed light on Singaporean and Southeast Asian history, art, and culture.
The NLS, which looks after Singapore’s documentary legacy, has about 500,000 artifacts, including microfilms, maps, audio-visual recordings, posters, and ephemera, that provide a wealth of information on the history and contemporary developments of the area.
