Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must come from a developing nation that the Malaysian government has acknowledged.

- Candidates must meet the prerequisites for the course or program of their choice and have outstanding academic credentials.
- At the bachelor’s level, they need have a CGPA of 3.50 or an undergraduate Second Class Upper (Honours) degree.
- A minimum TOEFL iBT total score of 60, an IELTS score of 6.0, or the completion of a prior degree with English as the primary language of instruction are required as proof of English proficiency.
- Candidates must be in good health and have a strong desire to study and support their nation.
