The University of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship 2024–25 in Brunei is now accepting applications. Applications for this fully funded scholarship are invited from international students worldwide for the January 2025 intake. The scholarship pays for all necessary costs associated with obtaining a Master’s or PhD at the University of Brunei Darussalam. There isn’t a charge for applying.
UBD offers almost all majors and academic subjects, including education, biodiversity, business, arts, science, health sciences, Asian studies, Islamic studies, policy studies, and integrated technologies. All costs associated with pursuing a postgraduate degree will be met by this grant.

Eligibility Criteria:
- International students as well as those from Brunei may apply.
- To apply for the Master’s program, candidates must have a First Class Bachelor’s degree.
- To apply for the Doctoral Degree program, you must have a Master’s degree certificate.
- Candidates should send in a compelling and excellent research proposal.
- Candidates have to be medically cleared to pursue their chosen field of study.
- Candidates must be proficient in the English language.

- Universiti Brunei Darussalam waives tuition, including admission and registration costs.
- a 36-month subsistence subsidy of BND 2200.00 each month.
- 36 months of housing on campus.
- One return economy class plane ticket from the home nation upon scholarship acceptance and when studies are over.
- Allowances for field research: BND 2000.00 for applicants in science and BND 1000.00 for candidates in the arts and humanities.
