Shortly after graduating from college, young graduates have the opportunity to travel abroad and obtain practical work experience through the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program.
In addition to earning a competitive monthly wage, participants will get the chance to work at TotalEnergies’ offices in France and Nigeria.

There are two phases to the 18-month program:
- Phase 1: Six months in the nation of origin, Nigeria.
- Phase 2: Twelve months overseas, either at the Paris headquarters or in another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa, contingent on availability and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be from Nigeria.
- Candidates need to have lived in Nigeria for a minimum of six months.
- Candidates had to be younger than 26.
- Less than a year of professional experience is a requirement for applicants.
- Candidates must be National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) graduates.
- One of the following fields of study is required for degrees:
- Engineering, mechanical, civil, electrical, or allied fields
- Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar fields
- Business, marketing, or similar degrees
