Eligibility Criteria:
- Have at least a Second-Class degree Lower as a graduate, with a maximum age of 27 years
- held the NYSC Exception Certificate or had finished the NYSC Program; 0–2 years of professional experience
- Have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to function well in a team.
