The initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of former agitators who wish to better their lives and prospects through this formal education scholarship.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The beneficiaries must be natives of the Niger Delta States, which include Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta, Cross River, Edo, Ondo, Imo, and Rivers.
- The only JAMB result that counts is the 2024 one.
- While waiting for the results to be released, applicants can register and store their applications.
- The only candidates for the undergraduate and master’s degree programs are those who are new to the 100 level.
- The JAMB (2024/2025) and O’Level scores (either WAEC, NECO, or both) must be used by undergraduate applicants.
- In order to continue receiving the PAP scholarship, undergraduate recipients must maintain a minimum average CGPA of 2.5 out of 5.0 or 2.0 out of 4.0 per academic session.
- Recipients of scholarships are expected to follow PAP policies and conduct expectations.
