The goal of Digital Jewels Africa’s DJ Cares Scholarship is to position Africa as the continent’s go-to resource for information on the developing knowledge economy by providing e-learning, specialist recruitment services, and top-notch training.
With the aid of this scholarship, Digital Jewels Africa helps professionals, both new and seasoned, acquire skills necessary for the information age.
This scholarship, which is a component of the DJ Cares project, aims to lower the number of students who are at danger of dropping out because of financial difficulties while also motivating them to achieve academic success.
Eligibility Criteria:
- a course of study focused on IT, particularly in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (single or combined degree), or Computer Engineering.
- GPA of at least 3.75 out of 5 every semester since starting college.
- must apply by October of the application year and not be older than 23.
- must have finished two years or more of college.
- Proficiency in both written and conversational English is required.
- Need to submit two reliable references, at least one of which should come from your present place of employment (e.g., H.O.D., Dean, etc.).
