ETH Pioneer Fellowship 2024 is open to master’s, doctoral, and postdoctoral students worldwide. It is hosted and partially funded by Zurich University in Switzerland. A 10- to 18-month research experience is provided by this program, which also pays for all associated costs.
This program offers two different fellowships: The Pioneer Fellowship Social Impact Incubation Program and the Pioneer Fellowship Deep-Tech Incubation Program. Through the Deep-Tech initiative, ETH researchers and students with an entrepreneurial spirit can transform their research-based methods and technologies into commercially viable services and goods, which can eventually result in profitable spin-off businesses. The Social Impact program prioritises initiatives that help those in low- and middle-income nations, particularly those who make less than $10 a day.
Students can work with world-class researchers and gain real-world experience while advancing their academic and professional careers with the ETH Pioneer Fellowship. The ideal learning environment in Switzerland, a country renowned for its technological know-how and innovation, will be acquired by participants, together with innovative talents and an entrepreneurial attitude.
