For international undergraduate and graduate students, Cyprus International University (CIU) offers a range of partial scholarships that reduce tuition by 50%, 75%, or 100% depending on academic merit. International students are welcome to apply for these merit-based scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any international student, regardless of gender, race, colour, or religion, is welcome to apply.
- Students must submit a completed application form in order to be eligible.
- Applications for CIU undergraduate scholarships must include a copy of their high school transcript or diploma, whichever is comparable.
- Applicants must present valid transcripts from their most recent university attended together with their diploma or certificate of bachelor’s degree for postgraduate degrees (master’s or Ph.D.).
- The application must be submitted with completed and signed copies of the CIU rules and regulations.
- Candidates need to speak and write English well. After being chosen and arriving at the CIU campus, participants can take proficiency exams if they do not already have IELTS or TOEFL results.
- Candidates for master’s and doctoral scholarships need to have a bachelor’s degree and a CGPA of at least 3.5.
