International students can apply for the fully funded EAA Flight Training Scholarships 2025–2026 to receive flight training in the United States or Canada. Upon meeting each milestone, EAA will give the flying school a direct payout.
Have aspirations of getting a higher rating or becoming a pilot? EAA can assist you in realizing your aspirations in aviation. Those who want to pursue flight training or a career in aviation, aviation-related fields, or STEM subjects are eligible to apply for the EAA Flight Training Scholarships. For the term of the award, this scholarship will pay for international student fees (ISF). Many philanthropists, benefactors, and supporters of EAA’s programs provide funding for the organization’s scholarships through endowments. EAA invites applicants to apply for an EAA scholarship who are well-rounded, involved in their community or school, and have a strong interest in aviation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Scholarships for flight training can be utilized to any US flight school that isn’t affiliated with a university.
- All scholarship recipients are required to enroll in a U.S. flight training school.
- You must be qualified for flight training during the one-year period after the scholarship is awarded.
- Age restrictions do not apply.
- The applicants with the best potential for active participation in aviation are given the grants after their applications have been evaluated in accordance with the requirements for each specific grant.

Benefits:
- The minimum scholarship amount that EAA will give out is $5,000.
- EAA will send money straight to the flight school.
- Forty percent of the entire prize money will be paid out in installments.
- Upon reaching predetermined milestones, the remaining 40% will be awarded.
- After meeting the ultimate threshold, the remaining 20% will be given out.
