Eligibility Criteria:
- be an overseas student applying to the University of Idaho for the first time.
- possess a secondary education degree from an institution outside of the United States.
- Uphold a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale, which corresponds to a bachelor’s degree in the United States.
