Applications for the esteemed KMU Scholarship in Taiwan are currently being accepted by Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) for the spring 2025 intake. Eligibility Criteria:

  • All nationalities may apply, with the exception of Chinese.
  • Candidates cannot have previously been Chinese international students studying in Taiwan.
  • In accordance with Taiwan’s regulations on Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students, applicants must not have been admitted into any program for the current academic year by the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students.
  • Candidates for the Master’s program need to have graduated from an accredited university with a bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Candidates for the Ph.D. program must have graduated from an accredited university with a master’s degree or above.

Benefits:

  • Financial pressures are lessened by the scholarships, which cover living expenses, tuition, and other study-related costs.
  • Three stipends—Type A, Type B, and Type C—each with a different allowance—are available through KMU University Scholarships.
