Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizenship: Candidates must be Filipino citizens by birth.

Benefits:
- Stipend: A PHP 7,000 monthly allowance is given to scholars to cover living expenses.
- Tuition and Additional School Fees: Covered up to PHP 40,000 per academic year.
- Book stipend: Books and other educational materials are covered by a 10,000 PHP yearly stipend.
