Nigerian undergraduates who meet the requirements can apply for Wigwe University’s 2024 merit scholarship program in Rivers State. With the Wigwe University Merit Scholarship, students will be able to attend one of the best universities in Africa while also reducing the cost of higher education. Scholarship recipients on the basis of merit may apply to Wigwe University beginning in 2024.

In addition, the Wigwe University Merit Scholarship seeks to provide students with a supportive atmosphere in which they can flourish and develop into the next wave of influential leaders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must have a minimum UTME score of 170 and designate Wigwe University Isiokpo as their top preference.
- The JAMB platform requires candidates to upload their qualifying results.
- As soon as the O’Level results are made public, candidates should upload them to JAMB.
- Candidates will not be taken into consideration if they do not upload their results to JAMB.
- If candidates change Wigwe University to their first option on the JAMB portal before the Change of Institution process shuts, they can still apply even if they did not initially select Wigwe University as their first choice but still reach the cutoff point.
