For professionals in their mid-career, the Eisenhower Global Program 2025 is a leadership development program. About forty to fifty mid-career professionals from different fields around the world will come together for this six-week program that will take place in the United States in the spring of 2025. The program’s objectives are to improve strategic thinking and leadership abilities. Anyone can apply for the Fellowship, regardless of nationality. By interacting with executives from other industries and cultures, participants’ perspective will become more global. The goal of Eisenhower Fellowships is to develop international leaders who are dedicated to improving the world. During the fellowship, fellows will create projects that have an impact, establish long-lasting relationships with their American counterparts, and leverage the vast EF network to advance global change. Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Any nation is welcome.
- Age: Usually between 32 and 45 years old when the fellowship is awarded.
- Language: Very good in the English language.
- Maturity: Shown capacity to make the most of the fellowship and properly represent Eisenhower Fellowships.
- Potential: Proven leadership abilities and a great deal of room to grow in the future.
- Global Citizenship: Candidates from nations with active Eisenhower Fellowships are given preference.
