With the University of Waikato’s Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship, you can begin your academic career in New Zealand. Eligibility Criteria:
- International students who are living abroad at the time of application are required to apply.
- The University of Waikato must not offer any programs or diplomas to the student.
- The university must provide applicants with an unconditional or conditional offer letter.
- New applicants to the University of Waikato’s undergraduate or graduate programs are welcome.
- A full-time degree program lasting at least 12 months must be enrolled in by the students.
- The University of Waikato should not be accepting applications at this time or have received funding for tuition.
- Students participating in exchange programs, such as study abroad or student exchange agreements, are not eligible for the scholarship.
- Candidates cannot have a Guaranteed Credit arrangement or be sponsored by any organization.
- A GPA of at least a B+ is necessary.
