Applications for the Fulbright Scholar Program 2025 are currently being accepted from Pakistani students by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP). At a college or university in the United States, this fully funded fellowship supports lectureships, post-doctoral research, or a combination of both. For a period of 12 months, the scholarship offers full assistance to one dependent as well.
It is expected of scholars to educate students, colleagues, and community organisations in the United States about Pakistani society and culture. There is no need for an English proficiency exam.
Fulbright scholars should make a substantial contribution to Pakistan’s growth upon their return and educate Pakistani students about their experiences in the United States.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to academics, professionals, and creatives from any field—clinical medicine excluded.
- A Ph.D. or terminal degree in their subject is required of applicants.
- It is necessary to have excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- It is necessary to submit a concise, well-written proposal that outlines goals in the United States and how they relate to work in Pakistan.
- Candidates for lectureships must have a history of successful university teaching.
