Applications for the BETHA Program of the ICT Fund are now being accepted from Emirati students intending to enrol in undergraduate or graduate programs for the 2025–2026 school year. With the aid of scholarships, this program seeks to improve Emiratis’ knowledge of technology in disciplines relating to information and communication technology.
The ICT Fund, in partnership with numerous universities and educational establishments, offers scholarships to exceptional students, contributing to the formation of a science and technology-savvy generation that will shape the future of the UAE’s ICT industry. Hundreds of scholarships for bachelor’s and master’s degrees have been given out by the BETHA program, allowing Emirati students to pursue their studies in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Australia, and Japan.

Requirements for Postgraduate (Master’s) Degree Program Admission:
- Have a civil registration as proof of citizenship in the United Arab Emirates.
- must apply to become a telecommunications or information technology specialist.
- must have a bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
- must not have gotten any financial aid or scholarships from other organisations.
- The student can still get the scholarship if they have a job, but they won’t get a monthly stipend.
Qualifications for Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Degree Program Admission:
- Have a civil registration as proof of citizenship in the United Arab Emirates.
- A minimum of 75% must have been earned on the secondary school certificate, or its equivalent.
- must apply to become a telecommunications or information technology specialist.
- must have completed secondary education, or an equivalent program, within the previous three years.
- cannot be used.
- must not have gotten any financial aid or scholarships from other organisations.
