The Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) Program allows master’s and doctoral graduate students to apply for merit-based scholarships. The OGS offers a $15,000 annual scholarship to graduate students at several partnering Canadian universities to assist with living and educational costs. The Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship in Science and Technology (QEII-GSST) and the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) programs support graduate study excellence at publicly supported universities in Ontario.
The Ontario government and participating universities partner to fund these initiatives; the government pays for two thirds of the award value while the universities contribute the remaining third.
