Eligibility Criteria:
- The MOPGA Fellowship is available to citizens of every nation, with the exception of France.
- Nationality limitations do not apply (save in the case of French citizens).
- There will be 60 fellowships given out in all.
- Early-career researchers—defined as foreign researchers with fewer than five years of postdoctoral experience—are eligible to apply. The timeline for their PhD must have been between December 2019 to December 2024 (inclusive).
- Applicants who are not yet doctorate candidates are not permitted to apply.
- Only nationals of countries other than France are eligible to apply for this fellowship.
