Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a Washington State resident, usually residing in the state for a year prior to enrolling in college.

  • A passing GED score or a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 are requirements.
  • Must have earned fewer than 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits by the application deadline if enrolled in college currently.
