The goal of the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship, created by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, is to draw exceptional foreign students to French universities for Master’s and Doctorate/PhD programs. Every university in France takes part in this initiative. Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Must be a non-French international student.
- Age: Thirty years for PhD applicants, and up to twenty-five years for Master’s applicants.
- Academic Excellence: Exhibit an exceptional track record in academics.
- Restrictions: If you are enrolled in a Master’s degree in France right now, have previously received the scholarship, or hold dual nationality with France, you are not eligible.
