International students can now apply for the 2025 Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP) Scholarship. This completely financed fellowship supports PhD programs provided by Taiwanese universities in a variety of subjects, such as molecular biology, molecular sciences, chemical biology, bioinformatics, molecular sciences, earth sciences, biodiversity, and nanotechnology. - English Proficiency: Because the TIGP is administered in English, candidates whose native tongue is not English must prove their ability to communicate in English using one of the following standardised tests:
