The Dalian University of Technology (DUT) Chinese Government Scholarship is a fully funded opportunity for non-Chinese citizens pursuing Master’s or Doctoral degrees. The scholarship covers tuition, on-campus accommodation, annual stipends of ¥42,000, and medical insurance throughout the program.
DUT is offering scholarships under the High-Level Postgraduate Program and the Silk Road Program for 2025. The duration of the scholarship is three years for Master’s programs and four years for Doctoral programs, with courses available in both English and Chinese.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Citizenship and Health: Candidates must be healthy non-Chinese nationals.
- Age and Education Requirements
- Candidates for master’s programs must be under 35 and have a bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates for doctoral programs must be under 40 years old and have a Master’s degree.
- Requirements for Language
- Programs taught in Chinese
- An HSK certificate that is valid for two years is necessary.
- HSK 4 for majors in science, technology, management, and economics with a score of 180 or higher.
- HSK 5 for majors in philosophy, social sciences, and humanities with a score of 180 or higher.
- Programs taught in English: an IELTS score of 5.5 or above, or a TOEFL score of 80 or above.
- Candidates who completed their most recent degree program in English may substitute a language certificate from their school.
