Applications for the 2025 AIMS Scholarship are currently being accepted from qualified and interested applicants by the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS). In addition to complete tuition reimbursement, this scholarship offers bursaries to help with living and housing costs.
The development of fundamental problem-solving abilities, such as estimating, computing, approximation, modeling, data analysis, and statistics, is the main goal of AIMS. Students can use these abilities in some of the most fascinating and innovative fields in science through its elective review period.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must have a four-year university degree in mathematics or a science/engineering field with a substantial mathematical component, or anticipate obtaining one by the time AIMS training begins.
- In addition to a solid academic record in mathematics, candidates should have a track record of leadership and volunteer work.
