RIPS Summer Internship Program 2025 in USA (Fully Funded)

Published:

Talented undergraduates have a rare opportunity to participate in practical research through the Research in Industrial Projects for Students (RIPS) 2025 initiative. The Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics (IPAM) at UCLA is hosting the program, which will take place in Los Angeles from June 23 to August 22, 2025. RIPS is intended for students who want to use their knowledge in data analysis, computer science, or mathematics to solve real-world, business-related issues.

Participants in this competitive program can collaborate in small groups on research projects funded by business partners. Both an industry mentor and an academic mentor lead each team, offering substantial assistance all along the way. Students solve real-world problems over the course of nine weeks while simultaneously honing vital abilities like effective communication, cooperation, and leadership.

The program culminates with “Projects Day,” where participants display their work at the sponsor’s facilities. At midterm and final presentations, participants will have the chance to discuss their accomplishments. For students seeking an engaging summer program that blends academic knowledge with real-world applications, RIPS is perfect.
